Things you've suggested

When you search Recyclopedia.sg and get a null result, we capture that in the database and it gets added to a list of terms to consider.

Not all will get included but more than half the time, either we improve our search terms for existing items or create a new entry.

Some may only be added after we have had a chance to do some research or due diligence on whether the suggestion is suitable.
