Free books shelves have popped up in neighbourhoods and condos around Singapore. These are places where you can leave your old books and take ones you like. Unfortunately they come and go and are not always mapped.&nbsp;Ask around to find out if there is one in your community... or make one yourself.Want to know about new little libraries popping up?
