To encourage Singaporeans to adopt an environmentally-conscious lifestyle, reduce the use of single-use plastic bags and promote a community spirit of eco-sharing, Our Tampines Hub and HeartbeatBedok collaborated with Plastic-Lite Singapore to launch a reusable bags sharing initiative.

Residents who have forgotten to bring their own bags or are in need of a carrier for their shopping can help themselves to the bags donated by other residents at Bounce Bag corner which is located near the supermarket.
