Food Rescue Sengkang ("FRSK") rescues fruits, vegetables, bread, and other food items from going to waste. 

These rescued foods are distributed to whomever is willing to pay an “administration fee” which may vary depending on what items you want to collect. So do note this is not completely free to those who want to collect.

You don't have to live in Sengkang participate or collect rescued food. The only rule is that any rescue food you receive is not resold.
