The type of plastic used in reusable bottles is not recyclable.
Likewise thermal flasks are mixed material items which cannot be recycled. Thermal flasks are usually a mixture of plastic, metal, and sometimes heat-resistant glass.

Freecycle / Give Away
Only if the water bottles are in VERY good condition, donate them. Damaged and worn water bottles are not suitable for reuse.
You could also offer your bottle directly to a construction worker.
