The Pass it on project seeks to provide a meaningful way to distribute unwanted, albeit useful items to benefit those in need (home appliances, home furniture, medical aids, mobility aids, learning aids & etc). 

Unlike most donation efforts, Pass it on is driven by the demand for items instead what people are throwing away. Their website lists items that have been requested. It also lists which welfare organisation has made the request.

Transportation charges are paid for by the donor. All requests come through registered Family Service Centres, social workers, and charities.
