This is an initiative to ship surplus stuff from Singapore to communities in need in The Philippines. It was setup by freegan Colin Lau and continues to be run by domestic workers with financial support from Colin and his friends.

The initiative has been feature on local news: English | Mandarin

They will take all sorts of small items in good condition.
