Charitable Donation
Donate to charities that collect foreign currency. Many airports have donation boxes for you loose change and some airlines do an in-flight collection of loose change for UNICEF and other causes.
You can even drop them in the fish ponds at the airport: Changi Airport collects the coins dropped in the fountain and donates them to The Changi Foundation.
Changi used to have "Small Change Big Difference" boxes however we have been unable to verify if they still exist after covid and, if so, where.

Note: Coins and small denomination notes are usually not accepted at money changers. It is therefore best to use up or give away your foreign coins before leaving the country they come from!
