This operates, like Sungei Road once did: as a weekend market. It is open Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
While this Sungei Road rewind retains the chaotic feel of the original market, the place is now sheltered and there is a permanent location for stall holders to store their stuff.
The market has clothes, household items, vintage electronics, bits & bobs… a bit of everything really. You will be surprised what people will buy when you visit this market.
Market Gaia Guni is part of an initiative to offer spaces for self employment.
