Sometimes small organisations need these for events and volunteer management.
However, they typically need large numbers (10+) of the same colour. You can offer these online and try your luck!

Alternative
Reuse
Cut the lanyard apart and reuse the “ribbon” to wrap presents.
Throw the leftover plastic piece in the trash and the metal clasp in the blue bin or metal recycling bin (almost everything made of 100% metal is recyclable).
Alternative
Trash
Unless you take the lanyard apart, separating the strap from the plastic and metal, it cannot be recycled. So if you can't be bothered, put the whole thing in the trash.
Do NOT put the whole thing in the recycling bin and hope it gets salvaged. That is called wishcycling and it causes havoc in the recycling system!
