All kinds of bulbs can be recycled including fluorescent, incandescent (conventional and halogen), and LED. The type of base (eg Edison screw, bayonet, G24, etc) doesn't matter.
In official documents and guidelines, such bulbs are referred to as “consumer lamps” - not to be confused with the common use of the term “lamp” to refer to a stand holding a bulb usually covered by a shade. Such lamp stands have to be disposed of separately - see here.
