To our knowledge, even if you put these in a recycling bin, they will end up incinerated.

Recycling Bins & Chutes
Clear plastic like this is usually PET which is technically recyclable. While it is accepted in Blue Bins, we do not believe it will get recycled as there is no secondary market for this kind of thermoformed PET container.
Never send for recycling if it has any food waste on it.
Blue Bins
Info & Insights
PET thermoforms are not widely recycled. While they are accepted for recycling in blue bins, the local recycling rate is, to our knowledge, 0%. Challenges such as inconsistent resin use, problematic labels and adhesives, and differences in material properties hinder the widespread recycling of PET thermoforms. This is true all over the globe.
Generally speaking, waste plastic is a very low value material and is generally not accepted by karung guni or cash for trash for this reason.
It is quite hard to avoid these containers unless you shop at the wet market (hint hint).
