There is an active 2nd hand market for children's clothing & shoes in good condition. Likewise things like strollers, cots, high-chairs, and nursing equipment also have many givers and takers online.
Just like adult clothing, only give away items that are still wearable - ie no damage or stains. Likewise make sure anything you give away, donate, or sell is in working order and is useable.
